It is rented out to people with a permanent job with a salary or with a proven solvency. To reserve, you must pay the equivalent of 3 months' rent: 1 month's rent + 1 month's deposit + 1 month's commission (+ VAT).
To arrange a viewing we need you to share with us the following information: Who will be living in the flat? Number of adults? children? Pets? How many and what kind of pets? And exactly what kind of job do they have, annual job with paychecks? Self-employed? We need this information in order for the owner to give us an appointment to view it.
