Rental conditions

The apartment is rented to people with a contract or demonstrable income.

Water is included in the rental price. Electricity is not included.

To move in, you must pay the equivalent of three months' rent, corresponding to: one month's rent and one month's security deposit, plus the agency fee plus VAT.

The apartment is delivered fully furnished and equipped.
