This offers a large room with a gabled ceiling, 3D projector, and screen, ideal as a family leisure space. From there, you can access a small rooftop terrace with lovely views, perfect for sunbathing.

This is a cozy home, renovated with quality materials, with a very well-utilized design and maintained in excellent condition. All the exterior carpentry is made of dark brown aluminum, with shutters. Inside, wood predominates: in doors, railings, exposed beams, furniture, and many rooms are painted in warm tones, especially yellow, which gives it a marked rustic and rural character.
