A completely secluded home set in an impressive natural environment in the municipality of Santa Lucía de Tirajana.

The advertised price applies to stays of 3 to 6 months and for an occupancy of 1 to 2 people. For shorter stays or for an occupancy of more people (maximum 6), the rental price may vary.

The property is currently in the final stages of preparation. The photographs available show the general condition of the property but do not yet reflect the final decoration and furnishing; updated images will be added as soon as they are available.

In the area known as La Barrera, on the hillside opposite the Guriete viewpoint, lies this former large agricultural estate, now no longer used for farming and consisting of several traditional buildings. At one end of the property, close to the edge of the Tirajana Ravine, is this house, adjoining another fully renovated property that is currently occupied by a tenant. Despite this proximity, the surroundings remain very sparsely populated, with minimal traffic and an exceptionally peaceful and discreet setting.

Built in 1980 and completely renovated, the house has electricity supplied by solar panels and water from a natural spring. It retains the character of traditional rural architecture while offering the comfort and practicality required for modern living.

Access is via a dirt track from Aldea Blanca towards the interior of the island. The journey takes approximately 35 minutes and requires a 4x4 vehicle, as the track is unpaved and includes some demanding sections. The property can also be reached on foot in approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. This particular location and access are part of the essence of the property: rather than a conventional home, this is a genuine mountain retreat, designed for those looking for seclusion, silence and direct contact with nature.

At the front of the house there is a terrace with a fixed barbecue and worktop, together with a pergola. At the rear, another terrace offers extensive views across the entire Tirajana Caldera, an exceptional landscape to be enjoyed in complete silence and in direct contact with the mountains.

For those who enjoy hiking or mountain sports, the location is particularly attractive: the house is situated in one of the most distinctive areas of the Amurga massif, with immediate access to traditional trails and mountain slopes overlooking the ravine.

The mountain-retreat character is one of the property's main attractions: a place to escape to, disconnect from noise and the pace of everyday life, and enjoy a few days or months surrounded by nature. The peace and seclusion that some may consider a drawback are precisely part of the experience this property offers.

The interior is arranged around a spacious, bright and practical open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, refrigerator and microwave-grill. A dining table and chairs define the dining area. The living room includes a chaise longue sofa, television and air conditioning.

The main bedroom has a double bed (150 × 190 cm), ceiling fan and sliding doors leading onto the rear terrace. The second, smaller bedroom has a single bed or bunk bed, if required.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower tray, toilet and washbasin. There are small planted areas around the house and parking space for two or three vehicles. The granite flooring throughout the house has recently been polished.

Available from 1 November. One well-behaved pet is allowed.

To formalise the reservation and rental agreement, tenants will be required to pay one month's rent, one month's rent as a security deposit and one month's estate agency fee.
