In the enclave known as La Barrera, on the hillside facing the Guriete viewpoint, this old estate is located, today without agricultural activity, composed of several traditional buildings. At one end of the property, next to the edge of the Barranco de Tirajana, sits this house and, adjoined to it, another dwelling also rehabilitated and currently inhabited by a tenant. Despite this proximity, the surroundings maintain a very sparsely populated character, with minimal traffic and a discreet location even within the municipality itself.
The house, built in 1980 and completely renovated, has electricity through solar panels and spring water. It preserves the essence of rural architecture, adapted to current and comfortable use.
Access is from Aldea Blanca along an inland dirt road on the interior of the island. The journey lasts approximately 35 minutes and requires a 4x4 vehicle without fail, since the road is unpaved and presents demanding sections.
On the main façade there is a terrace with a countertop and fixed barbecue, where the installation of a pergola is planned. At the rear, another terrace offers wide views of the entire Caldera de Tirajana, an exceptional landscape enjoyed in total silence and in direct contact with the mountain.
For those who practice hiking or mountain sports, the location is particularly attractive: the house is located in one of the most singular environments of the Amurga massif, with immediate access to trails and traditional slopes of the ravine.
The interior is organized into a spacious living-dining-kitchen area, bright and practical. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator and microwave-grill. A dining table with chairs defines this space. The living room includes a chaise lounge sofa, television and air conditioning.
The master bedroom has a double bed (150 × 190 cm), ceiling fan and sliding doors with access to the rear terrace. The second bedroom, smaller, has a single bed, the bunk bed no longer exists.
The bathroom is complete, with a shower cabin, toilet and sink. Around the house there are small planters and parking space for two vehicles. The granite floor has been recently polished.
The dwelling will be available approximately between February 15 and 28. Pets are allowed.
To reserve, three monthly payments are required: security deposit and first month’s rent and the real estate fees.
By its characteristics, it is an ideal place for tenants seeking tranquility, nature and an environment with very little human presence, whether as a habitual residence or as a retreat to disconnect on weekends or as a retreat-like stay.
Due to its location, the property is not suitable for children under 15 years.
