Building Plot for sale in Altea, Alicante

A remarkable villa starts with the right setting.

This 1,820 m² building plot occupies an elevated position in Altea Hills, with sweeping views across the Mediterranean Sea, coastline and surrounding mountains. Here, the panorama is more than a backdrop. It can become the starting point for the entire design of a future home.

The plot allows for the construction of a villa of approximately 600 m². Building regulations provide for a maximum plot occupation of 33%, buildability of up to 28% and a maximum building height of 7 metres. The future villa must maintain a minimum setback of 5 metres from the street and 3 metres from neighbouring plots.

The plot is also positioned on a cul-de-sac within Altea Hills, creating a peaceful and private setting within this secure residential community.

Altea Hills offers 24-hour security and street patrols, together with amenities including tennis courts. Nearby are Don Cayo Golf Club, Altea la Vella and Marina Greenwich in Campomanes, while the centre of Altea is approximately 4 km away.

Ultimately, it is the view that defines this setting. With 1,820 m² of land, there is room to design a home that makes full use of its elevated position, orienting living spaces, terraces and outdoor areas towards the Mediterranean.
