The estate allows, in accordance with current regulations, the reconstruction of existing houses and buildings on the land. Authorized land uses include active conservation of nature, outdoor recreation and leisure activities without the creation of new infrastructures, dryland farming in areas already designated for this purpose, as well as extensive and intensive livestock farming according to article 148, with the possibility of expanding livestock exploitation.
Forestry uses are also allowed, including exploitation and extraction of non-timber forest products. Sanitation, water supply, electricity and telecommunications infrastructures are viable through the corresponding environmental impact assessment.
The regulations allow the construction of a single-family isolated dwelling linked to the exploitation, with a minimum plot of 30,000 m², as well as the installation of rural accommodation for groups A, B and C in existing buildings.
