The estate allows, in accordance with current regulations, the reconstruction of existing houses and buildings on the land. Authorized land uses include active conservation of nature, outdoor recreation and leisure activities without creating new infrastructures, dryland farming in areas already designated for this purpose, as well as extensive and intensive livestock farming according to article 148, with the possibility of expanding livestock exploitation.
Forest uses are also allowed, including exploitation and extraction of non-timber forest products. Sanitation, supply, electricity and telephone infrastructures are viable through the corresponding environmental impact assessment.
The regulations allow the construction of a single-family detached dwelling linked to the exploitation, with a minimum plot of 30,000 m², as well as the implantation of rural accommodation for groups A, B and C in existing buildings.
