Through the gate, which opens manually, you will reach the private parking area for 2 – 3 cars from where you can enter the house. On the right you walk into the kitchen with all appliances you need and a separate utility room then you will walk into the dining area which is open to the living room with different international TV channels, internet, a fireplace and air conditioning which can be put on hot and cold.

On the left from the entrance is the family bathroom with the 2 bedrooms (one double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 singles), both with air conditioning H/C and ceiling fans. The master bedroom is at the other end of the hallway and has a king size bed with air conditioning H/C and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath.

From the living room you can walk on to the covered terrace that wraps around the house with a dining table to enjoy your al fresco dining. There is a separate sitting area to relax and dream away in the Mediterranean style garden with view over the pool.

This house has central heating, air conditioning H/C and an open fireplace to heat the house if necessary in the winter.
