To move in, you must pay the equivalent of 4 months’ rent, which includes: 1 month’s rent, 1 month’s legal security deposit, 1 month’s payment guarantee, plus 1 month’s agency fee (plus VAT). The price includes everything: home insurance, building maintenance fees, water, community Wi-Fi, and parking. Electricity is not included.
