To qualify for the purchase of this dwelling, the following milestones and payment method are proposed to the investor:
- 12,000 at the initial moment (signing of the deposit contract).
- and the rest of the PVP at the delivery moment of the loft.

The dwelling offers approximately 40.02 m2 of usable space, with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a furnished kitchen with appliances. It is delivered without furniture or kitchen, and there is the possibility of delivering it with a furnished kitchen and appliances for €5,000 and also the possibility of delivering it furnished according to plan for €7,000. The meters are approximate as they are in the project phase and may undergo modifications.

There is a possibility of turnkey delivery; this consists of delivering the homes to the investor furnished, rented, and with a return of approximately 6.94%.

The buyer will have an additional cost of €3,600 plus taxes, for the management service, advisory and formalization of the purchase process, plus 10% VAT due to it being a new construction.
