This three-bedroom, one-bathroom townhouse is situated in a quiet residential area, in an ideal location for spending your holiday in Moraira.

There is a large international supermarket and a Spanish supermarket just 1 km away. The nearest beach is Cala Baladrar, 2.1 km away (by car). The nearest sandy beach is Moraira’s main beach, called L’Ampolla. It is a safe walk and takes about 35–45 minutes. Along the way, you will pass several pebble beaches and many bars and restaurants.

Upon entering the house, you will find a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and mosquito nets. After climbing a few steps, you reach the main floor where you will find the living room, dining area, kitchen and the balcony, which offers a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the sun. If you fancy some shade, you can pull out the awning. On the ground floor (a total of 15 steps) you’ll find another double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed, as well as a covered terrace. On this level you’ll also find the bathroom with a double washbasin, shower and toilet. Behind the bathroom is a utility area housing the washing machine and an extra fridge. In total, you can enjoy the sun across three different levels, as you can walk down to the lowest level where you can lie on the beach chairs provided.

The large communal swimming pool is just a 2-minute walk away. The area is secured with gates and there is a separate section for young children.
