We are selling two semi-detached newly built houses in the Roncal Valley, in Urzainqui. The Roncal Valley is a mountainous area of the Navarro Pyrenees, in the northeast of Navarre, known for its nature, history and traditions. It is composed of seven villages, including Urzainqui, Roncal, Isaba and Burgui. It is an ideal destination for hiking and other outdoor activities, such as cycling (MTB and enduro), climbing, paragliding, kayaking and skiing. The valley has Navarra's only glacial valley in the Belagua area, with a spectacular viewpoint. You can also visit the Foz de Burgui and the Belabarce Waterfall. The valley has the Starlight Tourist Destination certificate for its low light pollution, making it an ideal place for stargazing. The Eska River crosses the valley and among its attractions are the Lacha sheep cheese, the Julián Gayarre House-Museum and the glacial-origin Belagua valley. Regarding Urzainqui, its appearance has been shaped by forestry exploitation and its layout revolves around an ancient river dock.
