Located on the edge of the Priorat this well-kept 8.8 hectare (88,078m2) finca is a member of the Priorat's El Masroig Cooperative. All grapes grown on the property have the protected D.O. Montsant (Priorat) classification and the oil from the olive trees has D.O. Siurana protected oil of origin classification.

The gently sloping land is located less than 5 minutes' drive from the N-420 road heading towards Falset, the beautiful capital of the Priorat wine region. Approached via a tarmac track to the back of the property, the first terrace is planted with almonds trees, which are the only crop on the finca that are not irrigated.

Also at the top of the property is a large stone building with a footprint of 140m2. The back part of the building is in a ruinous state, while the front part is used as a 2-storey casa de campo. From here there are views over the property and across the valley to the village of El Masroig.

The vineyards which range in age from between 20 to 40 years old are a mixture of all the permitted Priorat varieties. There are around 6 000 Cariñera vines (40 years old), 1 500 Tempranilla (25 years old), 700 Black Garnacha (25 years old), 900 white Macabeo (20 years old), 200 Merlot (20 years old) and 220 Syrah vines (25 years old).

The finca has over 230 Arbequina olive trees of 15 years old as well as a few old varieties of olives.

The entire finca is irrigated and can be accessed by tractor or on foot.

When the property sells it will automatically stay a member of the cooperative, meaning that there is always a secure buyer for the crops.

The Priorat is one of Spain's most important wine areas, with a wine making tradition that goes back to the 12th century. It is internationally renowned for the good quality of its red wines and is one of only two wine regions in Spain to qualify as DOCa, the highest qualification level for a wine region.
