From the living-dining room, there are four small steps leading to the kitchen, which has an attractive light green tone, with a breakfast bar and two stools. It is equipped with a four-burner ceramic hob, electric oven, 1.85 m tall fridge-freezer, 7 kg washing machine, and extractor hood.

The apartment also has a bedroom with a double bed and a mattress measuring 1.60 x 2.00 m, as well as a large four-door wardrobe with full-length mirrors. The bathroom is located opposite the bedroom and features a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Fully equipped and in white tones, it offers a modern, clean, and well-maintained appearance.

The property does not have air conditioning, although it has two modern and powerful fans located in the bedroom and living room. The apartment has a separate entrance.

Surrounding the area, there are all kinds of services. Regarding parking, there are numerous public parking spaces nearby. It is possible to drive up to the door to drop off shopping or assist people with reduced mobility, although the vehicle must be parked in a nearby space afterward.

The rental includes water, electricity (with a limit of €70 per month for electricity), and internet expenses. The property has fiber optic connection.

To reserve the apartment or formalize the entry, for stays of a maximum of three months (until July 15, 2026 as the deadline), it will be necessary to pay one month’s deposit, the first month’s rent, and one month corresponding to the real estate agency fees.
