This is a ground-floor apartment, located right on the promenade, and features a lovely front porch. It is a spacious home with high ceilings and very bright interiors, thanks to its large black aluminum-framed windows, oriented to the south.

Upon entering the apartment, you will find the living-dining room, a comfortable, well-laid-out space, furnished with a dining table and four chairs, a chaise longue-style sofa bed (convertible into a double bed), a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan.

From the living-dining room, you access the kitchen via four small steps. The kitchen has an attractive light green tone, with an American-style breakfast bar and two bar stools. It is equipped with a four-burner glass ceramic cooktop, an electric oven, a fridge-freezer 1.85 m high, a 7 kg washing machine, and a fume extractor.

The apartment also has a bedroom with a double bed and a 1.60 x 2.00 m mattress, as well as a large four-door wardrobe with full-length mirrors. The bathroom is located opposite the bedroom and includes a walk-in shower, a vanity basin, and a toilet. Fully equipped and in white tones, it offers a modern, clean, and very well-kept look.

The home does not have air conditioning, but it does have two modern and powerful fans, located in the bedroom and in the living room. The apartment has an independent entrance.

In the surrounding area, you will find all kinds of services. Regarding parking, there are numerous public parking spaces nearby. It is possible to drive right up to the door to drop off groceries or to facilitate access for people with reduced mobility, although afterward the vehicle will need to be parked in a nearby space.

The rental price includes water, electricity (with a monthly electricity limit of €70) and internet. The property has fiber-optic connection.

To reserve the apartment or to formalize check-in, you will need to pay two months’ deposit, the first month of rent, and one month corresponding to real estate intermediary fees.
