In the El Ingenio neighborhood of Santa Lucía de Tirajana (not in the city of Ingenio!), a bohemian enclave where the Canarian essence still breathes among old cottages and narrow alleys, lies this beautiful property. It is an old animal shed transformed by its owner into a small and welcoming two-story home, with a modern and minimalist interior that harmoniously contrasts with its rustic character, visible in the porch and the large exterior wooden balcony.

Access to the property is through a wrought-iron sliding gate. From there you pass through the garden to reach the house at the rear of the plot. The land combines areas of artificial grass and picón, with plants and flowers, and includes a beautiful rustic wood-fired oven, a metal shed used as a storage room, and a jacuzzi protected by a wooden pergola that provides shade on the hottest days.

On the ground floor there is a large walled terrace, equipped with wooden outdoor furniture and a masonry barbecue. This area also contains a washing machine and a dryer. From here you access the living room, which has a large chaise-longue sofa, flat-screen TV and an air conditioning unit. The kitchen, in a modern style, is fully equipped with an 1.80 m combi refrigerator, stainless steel exhaust hood, four-burner ceramic hob, electric oven and dishwasher. The wooden ceiling and the wood-look flooring give the warm rustic character typical of a country house. On this same floor there is a complete bathroom with a walk-in shower and glass enclosed shower screen, of contemporary design.

From the living room a stylish wooden staircase with a wrought-iron railing leads to the upper floor. There, two spacious wooden-floor rooms are distributed: currently one is used as the master bedroom with a bed of 1.50 x 1.90 m, and the other as a study/office with a chaise-longue sofa. Both rooms have access to the same large balcony through two-leaf wooden doors, like old barn doors. The balcony is particularly wide, with a wooden floor and railing, and features four vertical transparent awnings that protect against wind and rain. From here you can enjoy wonderful views of the mountains and the surrounding natural environment. Undoubtedly, one of the most special and cozy spaces of the house.

It is important to note that access to the house requires walking approximately 300-400 meters from the parking area, through narrow alleys where no vehicle can circulate. The property has a private parking space, also outside the cluster of houses. Additionally, in this small rural nucleus there are only two services: an oil and vinegar shop and the bochinche "Casa Flora – Bar Silencio," and the modern municipal oil mill. There is no bus line to El Ingenio de Santa Lucía, so having your own vehicle is essential to reside in this picturesque enclave.

The rent does not include water, electricity or internet charges. Pets are not allowed.

To formalize the reservation or rental, two months’ payment are required: one as a security deposit and another corresponding to the first month’s rent. The house is available for visits and move-in.
