Finca/Country House for sale in Sax, Alicante

Peaceful Country Home with Castle & Mountain Views – Sax

We are delighted to present this exceptional 4 bedroom 2 bathroom countryside property in Sax, perfectly positioned just 1.2 km from the town centre—an easy 10–15 minute walk—while enjoying complete privacy, tranquillity and spectacular views of the iconic Sax Castle and surrounding mountains.

Set within an impressive 54,000 m² plot, the property combines space, privacy and genuine countryside living. The land includes hundreds of olive trees that produce a high quality extra virgin olive oil and a private orchard, offering the opportunity to grow your own fruit and vegetables.

Access is via a 300 m paved private driveway, leading through double gates to the property.

Outside

The grounds offer plenty of space to enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle, including a large 20-metre swimming pool (old water deposit), storage area, private orchard and extensive outdoor areas. There is also a 100 m² warehouse, providing excellent potential for storage, a workshop, business use or additional living/entertaining space, subject to the necessary permissions.

The House

The home is approached through a charming front garden with a fountain. Inside, the ground floor offers a spacious living room featuring a wood-burning stove and oven, a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, and a bathroom.

A second generous living/dining room provides an ideal space for entertaining and opens directly onto the patio and outdoor entertaining area, complete with barbecue and traditional wood oven.

Upstairs, there are four bedrooms and a family bathroom. The spacious master bedroom includes room for a dressing area and direct access to a private terrace, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the castle and mountains—the perfect spot to start the day. The property is in a general good condition but is old and would benefit from modernisation in many areas.

A rare opportunity to enjoy peaceful country living without being isolated, with generous land, excellent outdoor space, spectacular views and enormous potential—all within easy reach of Sax and its amenities.
