Under the porch on the terrace there is a Balinese-style bed. The house is fully furnished, and is well equipped with TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, etc.

Included in the price are the community fees, the property tax (I.B.I.) and garbage collection, and exterior and window cleaning 2 times per month. Electricity, water and WiFi are paid separately.
