The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a small but well-equipped kitchen. It has a very nice living room with polished concrete floors and two sofa beds. Under the porch on the terrace there is a Balinese-style bed. The house is fully furnished, and is well equipped with TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning etc.

Included in the price are the community fees, the property tax (I.B.I.) and garbage collection, and exterior and window cleaning 2 times per month. Electricity, water and WIFI are paid separately.

Rental conditions
Only for tenants with an employment contract + payslips, or proven financial solvency.
Expenses are paid separately.
To move in, the following amount must be paid: 3 monthly payments, 1 month’s rent, 1 month’s deposit and 1 month’s agency fee (+VAT).
