Chayofa  The town

Chayofa is a quiet village, with very few shops, and offers tranquility, views, slightly cooler temperatures, and a convenient drive to Los Cristianos.

The area has a mixed population and is made up largely of houses and complexes, many built with quality in mind.

The village is set in the hills above Los Cristianos and is about a 10-minute drive down to the popular fishing port.

The main hospital currently being redeveloped and substantially enlarged is less than a 5-minute drive away.

The area has country clubs (Chayofa Country Club and Regency Country Club), a few small shops, a tennis club, bars and restaurants, and a well-known multi-purpose venue (bar, restaurant, art and music).
