Dehesa de Campoamor. The apartment in the “Mirador de Aguamarina” residential complex is available for rent during the summer season. Availability and a price for July and August upon request.

During the low season (September to June, 10 months), the price is €800/month + bills. Ideal for teachers. The apartment can be shared by two people. We welcome applications from individuals who can provide proof of income.

This complex is located on the beachfront, next to the large, sandy La Glea beach. The area is bustling with activity during this season: catamaran rentals, inflatable water attractions for children, and several restaurants and bars with terraces overlooking the sea.

The apartment includes a parking space, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The building has an elevator and ramps adapted for strollers and wheelchairs.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has two terraces: one exterior terrace overlooking the pool of the adjacent complex, and the other interior terrace next to the kitchen, a great option for family meals in a shaded patio.

The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms; the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is separate and includes a utility room and access to the interior patio. Spacious living room with sofa bed, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. The bedrooms have ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes. The children’s room has a trundle bed. The accommodation sleeps 4–5 people.
