The property is intended exclusively for temporary rental by people who need accommodation for justified and verifiable temporary reasons. Proof of the temporary nature of the stay is required, and tenants must maintain their habitual residence at another property.

Statutory deposit under the LAU: one month’s rent for residential use or two months’ rent for non-residential use.
Rent review: annually, in accordance with the applicable official index and Article 18 of the LAU (the INE will publish the Residential Tenancy Reference Index on its website each month).
Payment method and frequency: monthly.
Utilities: as agreed with the owner. These costs are for water, electricity, natural gas or bottled butane gas. The latest bills will be used as a reference for estimating these costs.
Landlord’s agency fees: included in the prior service agreement with the landlord.
Tenant’s agency fees: for residential use: €0 (Article 20.1 of the LAU). For non-residential use: one month’s rent plus VAT.
