The main building has two floors, on a rectangular plan, with its distinctive circular-plan tower on the corner closest to the road. From the main entrance, we enter a large courtyard: the main building is on the left, the stables and other outbuildings are on the right, and at the back is access to the gatekeepers’ house, with more stables, and its large one-hectare estate, partly landscaped and with tall mature trees, with views of the Sada estuary in the distance.

It has a second access at the rear, through another plot—now joined but separable if needed—currently urban and fully buildable, with 1,159 m2 of surface area.

Its most recent use has been hospitality, currently perfectly adapted for the start of activity, although it is also perfectly adaptable for residential use.
