Important information

This property is available for temporary rental / monthly rental. This price applies to contracts of 4 months or more. Contracts of less than 3 months may have some increase in the price. Please note:

- Both parties (landlord and tenant) must sign the temporary rental contract, no later than the day before check-in.
- Utilities are not included.
- You will need to pay 110 € at the end of your stay as a cleaning fee.
- For one-month bookings, the deposit will be half a month’s rent. For bookings of more than one month, a deposit of one month’s rent will be required.
