This property is available for temporary rental / monthly rental. This price is for contracts of 4 months or more. Contracts of less than 4 months may have an increase. Please note:

- It will be mandatory for both parties (landlord and tenant) to sign the temporary rental contract, no later than the day before check-in.
- Utilities are not included.
- You will need to pay €140 at the end of your stay as a cleaning fee.
- For bookings of 1 month, the deposit will be half a monthly payment. For bookings of more than 1 month, a deposit of one monthly payment will be required.
