The property enjoys an excellent location, just a short walk from Centro Comercial Atlántico and close to shops, restaurants, and all essential services.

Upon entering, you are welcomed into the living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed. From here, a hallway to the right leads to the two bedrooms. At the end of the hallway is the main bathroom, fitted with a bathtub with shower, washbasin, and toilet. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room, and modern powerful ceiling ventilators in both bedrooms.

To the left of the entrance is the separate kitchen, equipped with a cooker and oven. Adjacent to the kitchen is a practical utility room with a washing machine and additional storage space. For added convenience, there is also a guest toilet located next to the entrance.

Please note that some of the furniture and appliances shown in the photographs will not remain in the apartment. The dishwasher, small kitchen appliances, and kitchenware are not included. The microwave and fridge-freezer will be replaced with different models. Some furniture, including the double bed in the main bedroom, the tables and drawers in the second bedroom, and the TVs, will also be removed. The dining table and chairs in the living room will be replaced with a different set.
