House 2*on Can Agustin* is a lovingly restored natural-stone finca from the late 19th century and offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday with family, friends, or small groups. The former residence of the estate’s caretakers combines Mallorcan charm with modern living comfort.

With around 380 m² of living space, the holiday home offers room for 10 to 11 people in 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and an additional guest WC. The house features its own saltwater pool, a large private terrace, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together.

The spacious living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen invites you to cook together and linger. The fully equipped kitchen includes, among other things, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, two large refrigerators, and everything needed for self-catering. WiFi and German TV are, of course, available.

The private pool terrace with sun loungers, a shaded dining area, and a large Hollywood swing offers a wonderful view over the landscape all the way to the sea. The saltwater pool is exclusively available to guests of this house.

On the upper floor, there are five additional bedrooms, some with en-suite bathrooms. Two rooms have access to a spacious balcony with a fantastic view over the finca and the surrounding landscape.

Can Agustin is quietly situated in the middle of nature and yet only about ten minutes by car from the beaches of the east coast. Popular places such as Cala Millor, Sa Coma, Porto Cristo, Artà are quickly reachable. The famous Dragon Caves, weekly markets, restaurants, and numerous leisure opportunities are in the immediate area.

On the approximately 55-hectare property live sheep, ponies, horses, goats, chickens, and our friendly farm dogs. Depending on the season, guests can enjoy fresh fruit, vegetables, and eggs directly from the finca. The historic village square also invites you to spend pleasant hours in a relaxed atmosphere.
