It consists of 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and wardrobe, and the other with a bunk bed and a single bed (for long-term rentals, the single bed can be replaced with a desk). There are 2 bathrooms: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. There is a living room, dining room, and a fully equipped independent kitchen with a new dishwasher and refrigerator.

There is air conditioning (2 new units with WiFi) sufficient to cool the entire home, as well as 3 ceiling fans. A washing machine is located on the terrace along with the water heater.

All areas of the house—kitchen, living-dining room, and both bedrooms—have direct access to a large, furnished private terrace of 80 m². From the terrace, from which you can see beautiful sunrises, there is a chill-out area with a sofa and armchairs, a dining table with chairs, children’s tables, sun loungers, and parasols.

From the main entrance to the apartment, there are ramps and an elevator, so there is no need to use stairs.

The bus stop is a one-minute walk away.
