Sleeps up to 5 people, no pets. Water, electricity, and internet are included up to a limit of €50/month. The apartment has a capacity for 5 people and pets are NOT allowed.

The apartment features a fantastic garden with artificial grass, sun loungers, and a barbecue with sunset views, a covered terrace, a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom.

The property offers the option of renting a parking space separately for an additional €50/month.

Close to amenities such as a bus stop, taxi rank, Norwegian school, and a short distance from the famous Anfi del Mar beach.

Property Viewings: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid identification document, such as a national identity card, foreign resident card, or passport, before the visit. They will also be required to sign a visitor log upon entering the property.

To reserve the property, an initial payment of one month's rent as a security deposit is required (refundable within the legally established timeframe, after the property has been handed over to the owner, provided it is in the same condition as when it was handed over to the tenant and the terms of the rental agreement are met).

This regulation DOES NOT APPLY to lease agreements for uses other than housing, such as commercial premises, nor to seasonal lease agreements. In these cases, the tenant is responsible for paying the agency fees, along with the corresponding IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax).
