Property Viewings: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid form of identification, such as a national identity card, foreign resident card, or passport, before the visit. A visitor registration form will also be required upon entry.

To reserve the property, an initial payment of one month's rent as a security deposit is required (to be returned within the legally established timeframe, after the property has been handed over to the owner, provided that its condition is the same as when it was handed over to the tenant and that the terms of the rental agreement are met).
