Our agency offers for rent a spacious and charming apartment located in the heart of the town of Arguineguin, just a few minutes' walk from the beach.
It is situated in a central building with an elevator and a welcoming rooftop solarium where you can enjoy the sun.
Available for the 2026/2027 winter season from October, with a minimum stay of 6 months.
Water and electricity are included up to a maximum of 50 euros. Internet is also included in the price. Maximum occupancy is 4 people.
The apartment comprises a main hallway, a balcony with exterior views, a cozy living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a family bedroom, a second bedroom, and a full bathroom. It has air conditioning in all rooms. It is located on the second floor with elevator access.
It is right next to all amenities such as supermarkets, a pharmacy, fashion boutiques, bars, restaurants, schools, a bus stop, a taxi rank, and is within walking distance of the beach.
Viewing the property: All those interested in viewing the property must present a valid ID, such as a DNI, NIE (Spanish National Identity Document), or passport, before the viewing. They will also be required to sign a viewing sheet upon entering the property.
To reserve the property, an initial payment of 1 month's security deposit is required (to be returned within the legal deadlines, after the property has been handed over to the owner, provided that the condition of the property is the same as at the time of handover to the tenant and that the conditions of the rental agreement are met).
Law 12/2023, of May 24, on the right to housing, was approved by Congress on April 27, 2023, and by the Senate on May 18, 2023. It entered into force the day after its publication in the Official State Gazette (BOE), on May 26, 2023. Article 20, section 1, establishes that the property management fees and contract formalization fees shall be borne by the landlord.
This regulation DOES NOT APPLY to leases for non-residential use, such as those for commercial premises, or to seasonal leases. In these cases, the tenant is responsible for paying the agency fees, along with the corresponding IGIC (Tax Income Tax).
