This sunny, modern furnished apartment with Spanish accents is located in Orihuela Costa, specifically in the Villamartin district in the beautiful and quiet Opera district. The neighborhood is green and privileged, in close proximity to three fantastic golf courses (Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor), and just eight minutes from the beautiful beaches and coves of Orihuela Costa. The architecture in the neighborhood is remarkable; the four-storey apartment building is built in Moorish style with blue-yellow tiles and turrets, while the surrounding houses are built in Scandinavian style. This makes the area exceptional for enjoying the sun, the peace, the surroundings and Spanish life. Various services and amenities such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets can be found just a 10-minute walk away. The large shopping center "La Zenia Boulevard" is a short drive away, where you can find a range of (brand) shops, terraces and restaurants. Please note: Orihuela Costa has no high-rise buildings!
Azahar is located on the first floor and is accessible via stairs and an elevator.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with 3 closets, and 2 bathrooms with a toilet in each bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed with box spring (2x1p). The second bedroom has two single beds. Bed linen is provided, so you don't need to bring beach towels, saving weight and space in your suitcases. Upon entering the hall you enter the spacious living room with dining area and open kitchen. The living room, with a well-functioning fireplace, is furnished for 4 people and contains a wide sofa and two armchairs. The dining area has an extendable dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric stove with oven, extractor hood and microwave. In the living room there is a marble wall top with the TV, a DVD player and a small bookcase. The TV has many international channels. In addition, there is well-functioning air conditioning for both cooling and heating on cold days. For winter there are also two electric heaters available. Of course there is a good WiFi connection throughout the apartment, included in the rental price.
In the open kitchen you will find a complete kitchen inventory, as well as coffee making equipment, including a Nespresso machine. Adjacent there is a utility room with a washing machine, an extra table, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board with iron, a drying rack, patio chairs, a parasol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and toys for children to have fun in the pool. From the living room you enter the spacious southeast-facing terrace, where you have sun from early morning to afternoon, depending on the season. In the evening you can dine there with a cooling breeze. From the terrace you have a view of the communal garden and a municipal park with beautiful trees that bloom all year round. You can also watch the sun rise from the balcony and enjoy breakfast in the sun. Furthermore, in the large, beautifully landscaped English garden there is a beautiful communal swimming pool with children's pool, two showers and sun loungers.
On the top floor of the building there is a communal roof terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy the sea views. Outside the high season you are often the only person present in the garden, the swimming pool and on the roof terrace (accessible by a lift and stairs), which gives a feeling of privacy. Parking is ample on the street. Easily accessible, the apartment is located 3-4 km from the beaches and coves of La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig, and less than 1 km from the center of Villamartin. The famous Plaza of Villamartin, with numerous restaurants and bars, is a nice central location for eating out and there is even a dance venue! From Villamartin there is a bus connection to Torrevieja, Cabo Roig and Campoamor.
To avoid inconvenience to other residents, smoking is not permitted in our apartment and the building as a whole.
Dogs or other pets are also not allowed in our apartment.
In the immediate vicinity of Orihuela Costa there are two hospitals, the Hospital Quiron in Torrevieja and the Hospital Universitario de Torrevija, both with 24/7 emergency care. In addition, there is a doctor's office in Punta Prima, Centro Medico International, which is also available 24/7.
The stated rental rates include energy costs, unless more than 65KW.h of electricity is consumed per week. Additional consumption costs will be deducted from the deposit at € 0.35 per KW.h.
