Situated just off a tarmac road less than ten minutes' drive from the mountain village of Cómpeta, this lovely holiday villa with swimming pool in the Costa del Sol has fantastic views up to the mountains, over the beautiful countryside and down to the Mediterranean. The swimming pool terrace is on a slightly lower level than the main terraces and has a gated entrance, thus providing peace of mind for parents with young children. The terraces at the front and side of the house provide space to relax in either sun or shade.

Living accommodation on the ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room from which one accesses the comfortable living room with wood-burning fire and French windows opening onto the terrace, and a superb double bedroom with en-suite facilities (wet room).

A terracotta staircase leads to the upper floor, on which there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a charming master bedroom with balcony and en-suite facilities with both bath and shower. All bedrooms have AC/heating systems. There is also a family bathroom on this floor.

Winter rentals are available with a minimum of 2 months.

The swimming pool will be open from 1 May to 31 October. Use outside of this period would incur an additional fee.
