A private entrance opens the way to the parking area and the spacious terraces that surround the house. The interior consists of a large living room with open fireplace, separated from the kitchen through a bar. A wide hallway leads to the four spacious double bedrooms, an attractive family bathroom with sink and shower.

The main semi-covered terrace has a balustrade and from it, you can access the pool-jacuzzi (6m2) which is surrounded by beautiful vegetation, barbecue area and another covered terrace with another independent kitchen that makes it the perfect place to relax in the shade. The views from all of the terraces are wonderful.
