The house has a large living room and dining room open plan with the kitchen on the ground floor. This is a very attractive villa with private pool in the Lecrin Valley, where such villas are rare.

The garden to the rear has a number of different fruit trees and a large patio surrounds the pool. There is also the facility to take table and chairs outside to eat al fresco with the help of a very large parasol.

The roof terrace has splendid views towards the church, and beyond to Restabal, the neighbouring village.

Melegis is one of the most attractive and prosperous villages of the Valley of Lecrin, boasting a well-known restaurant, a pharmacy, a baker, a bank and a beautiful church.

The house is situated on the edge of the village and is bounded on one side by orange groves. Access by car and parking are both close to but there is no traffic actually passing in front of the house.

Pets are not allowed, and there is a damages deposit required.
