The Place
Enjoy an unforgettable beach holiday in the popular resort of Moraira on the Costa Blanca! The beautiful sandy beach is only a 10 minute walk away and the town centre and picturesque marina are only 15 minutes away. Despite the proximity to these tourist attractions, the location is very quiet, so your sleep will not be disturbed by the many popular summer events with music and dancing in the town.
The Villa
This holiday villa is a real gem! On approximately 300 m² you will find 5 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower and toilet, one of which is ensuite, as well as a guest toilet. Up to 10 people can sleep in very comfortable beds and share all the amenities.
Make the most of your stay and relax on the large pool terrace with its 5 x 10 m private outdoor pool or in the Mediterranean garden at your exclusive disposal. Privacy is guaranteed thanks to the secluded plot a real highlight! A large covered dining area with fairy lights and a private barbeque area complete the ambience.
Living and Dining Area
The living/dining room is spacious and exclusively furnished. It has air conditioning and a ceiling fan, a 50" Smart TV and inviting sofas to relax on. From here you can access the very spacious living terrace with even more comfortable sofas and a large dining area for up to 10 people. It is equipped with a cooling ceiling fan and has stunning sea views a dream!
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a large double bed (180 x 200 cm), a walkin wardrobe and a spacious ensuite bathroom with separate toilet and bidet. The other two bedrooms are also furnished with a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) and two single beds (80 x 200 cm). Both bedrooms have a desk and each has its own access to another living terrace with sea views. There is a shared bathroom with toilet and shower and a separate guest toilet.
The terrace staircase leads to the garden floor, where there are two further double bedrooms with powerful fans and a shared shower room with WC.
Kitchen with Cooking Island and Well Equipped
The spacious kitchen has an island, oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A large freezer is available in the adjacent utility room.
Internet, Parking, Washing Machine
Fibre optic high speed WiFi, 2 lockable private parking spaces and a separate laundry room with washing machine complete the offer.
Additional Costs
Instead of charging a high flat rate for electricity for air conditioning and other electrical appliances, you will only be charged for the electricity actually used during your stay at the standard rate of 35 cents/KWh. The amount for the electricity costs is due in cash upon departure, plus a oneoff fee of €230.00 for the final cleaning and the laundry.
Important Information
For the avoidance of doubt, there is a small selfcontained apartment on the northeast side of the villa. This apartment does not have access or view to the living areas on the upper and garden floors described above, nor to the pool with large terrace and dining area, nor to the Mediterranean garden with private barbecue area.
