Description
Do you have B2B Lead Generation experience? Then we would like to hear from you. Working from home, you will represent our Blue Chip Clients, making appointments with potentially new customers on their behalf.
This is a full-time or part-time position (Monday – Friday). Generous basic salary + uncapped commission. Working with our research team you will be contacting businesses on our data base to book appointment for a sales representative to call and discuss their product or service.
YOU MUST:
- Have a self-disciplined approach and strong motivation to succeed and work towards targets
- Have a confident telephone manner and solid communication skills (particularly verbal) and be able to communicate with confidence at all levels of business
- Thrive working under pressure
- Be comfortable making calls to businesses, handle objections and think creatively to overcome rejections
- Build strong relationships with customers over the phone
- Work closely with the sellers to ensure you are working on areas they are targeting and focusing effort on correct territories
- Work closely with the research department to scheduled email campaigns to help boost appointments
- Ensuring you collect and enter into the database accurate contract renewal dates, email addresses, telephone numbers and decision maker contact names
- Daily updating your allocated database to build a pipeline of future appointment
SKILLS
- B2B telesales experience ESSENTIAL
- Professional & confident phone manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good IT skills or an aptitude to learn
- Excellent written and spoken English
- MS Dynamics CRM (not essential)
- MS Office Suite (not essential)
- Soft phone (not essential)
- Full training provided on all tools and campaigns
TOOLS
- Own computer (8Mb or more) with headset and camera
- Good broadband
Hours: FULL OR PART TIME AVAILABLE
Monday – Thursday 09:00 to 16:30
Friday 09:00 to 16:00
