Description
We’re hiring a hands-on Head Chef to run all meals for our 8-16 guest luxury retreat. Seasonal,
ingredient-led cooking with creative freedom.
What you’ll do:
- Plan and cook lunch, dinner and dietary needs
- Manage ordering, stock, costs, and kitchen hygiene
- Work solo with occasional kitchen support
What we need:
- 4+ years professional chef experience, comfortable working alone
- Strong plating, à la carte, and dietary management skills
- Food Hygiene Cert Level 2+. Local sourcing knowledge a plus
- Calm, organised, guest-focused
- Good English communication, Dutch and Spanish would be a bonus.
