The Role
You'll be responsible for identifying decision-makers, engaging with prospective clients, and booking high-quality appointments for our clients across a variety of industries. This is a telephone-focused role requiring excellent communication skills, persistence, and a consultative approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B calls to prospective clients.
- Identify and qualify business opportunities.
- Book appointments with key decision-makers.
- Build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Update CRM systems accurately with call outcomes and notes.
- Work towards agreed appointment and activity targets.
- Represent clients professionally at all times.
Essential Requirements
- Previous B2B appointment setting experience is essential.
- Previous business development experience is essential.
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Confident speaking with senior decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience using CRM systems.
