Job Title: B2C Remote Energy Advisor (Hotkey Transfers)
Job Type: Self-Employed / Contractor (Work from Home)
Pay: £7 per productive hour (tracked call time) + performance bonuses
Working Hours: Flexible shifts between 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (UK time)
About the Role
We are currently looking for a motivated and friendly Energy Advisor to join our growing team!
Location: Remote
Hours: Minimum 25 hours per week (Monday–Friday)
Pay: Hourly rate + commission
What you'll be doing:
- Speaking with customers about their current energy supplier and usage
- Helping customers explore better energy options and tariffs
- Transferring them to complete their switch
- Building rapport and understanding customer needs
What we’re looking for:
- Friendly and confident communication skills
- Self-motivated and reliable when working from home
- Sales or energy experience is a bonus (but not essential)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
