Description
We are currently looking for motivated people to join our friendly, fast-growing team based in Pilar de La Horadada.
We are an office-based company helping UK resident clients who are currently experiencing financial difficulties. We deal with people who are subject to an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA).
We are looking for new team members to join both our customer services and financial review teams. Both roles require the ability to deliver excellent customer service, whilst handling your own workload.
The customer services agent will be handling a variety of customer and creditor queries in a fast paced environment. A calm and logical approach is required, being able to think on your own initiative and find solutions to issues raised and patience when dealing with vulnerable clients.
The financial review officer will be working with clients who require an income and expenditure review to reassess their affordability. Maybe they have fallen into further financial difficulty. The role requires a calm, sensitive and logical approach, being able to think on their own initiative, problem solve and be able to negotiate an appropriate outcome.
A full-time contact of 40 hours per week with a starting salary of €17,100. per annum gross pay, is offered.
There are 2 shifts patterns between Monday and Thursday, 2 early and 2 late shifts of:
•9:00am to 17.00pm
•12.00pm to 20.00pm
•Friday 10:00 to 18:00
The skills required are:
•Excellent telephone manner
•Excellent administration and customer service skills
•General computer skills with confidence to learn internal systems
•Problem solving initiative
•A strong character, being able to adapt and build rapport with ease
•Ability to manage your own workload
•Office based experience essential
A knowledge of UK financial firms and experience within financial administration is preferred but full training will be provided.
