Description
We are a growing real estate company specialising in premium properties across Marbella and the Costa del Sol. We are looking for a motivated and personable Listing Agent to join our team and help us expand our portfolio of quality properties.
As a Listing Agent, you will be responsible for sourcing new properties and bringing high-quality listings into our portfolio.
- Identify and approach potential property owners and sellers.
- Conduct property valuations and listing presentations
- Secure new property listings and exclusive mandates
- Gather property information, photographs, and documentation
- Coordinate with the sales team to maximise exposure and sales opportunities
- Keep accurate records of leads, owners, and listings
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly motivated and results-driven
- Confident communicating with property owners
- Professional, outgoing, and personable
- Organised and able to manage their own leads and pipeline
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Fluent in English; Spanish and other languages are a strong advantage
Previous real estate, sales, or business-development experience is preferred
Knowledge of Marbella and the surrounding Costa del Sol is a plus
