Description
Sales Academy Associate
Location: Málaga, Spain (office-based during training, with the possibility of working from home upon successful completion of the Sales Academy, must be based in Malaga area).
Salary: €17,500 per annum, increasing to €20,000 per annum upon successful completion of the Sales Academy, plus an attractive commission scheme.
Contract: Independent Contractor | Initial 3-month Sales Academy

What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Academy Associate, you'll learn how to:
•Build relationships with prospective and existing clients.
•Understand customers' insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions.
•Present tailored insurance products and confidently guide clients through the sales process.
•Handle customer enquiries professionally while delivering exceptional service.
•Work closely with experienced colleagues and participate in structured sales training.
•Develop strong product knowledge and gain experience using industry-leading systems.
•Represent the NowCompare brand with professionalism and integrity.
Throughout the Academy, you'll receive coaching, feedback and hands-on experience designed to prepare you for a Client Relations Manager role.

•Excellent communicators with fluent English (spoken and written).
•Motivated, ambitious and eager to build a career in sales.
•Confident speaking with people and building relationships.
•Organised with strong time management skills.
•Positive, resilient and target-driven.
•Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
•Curious, adaptable and always looking to improve.
Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential—we value attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
