This 18th-century manor estate near Cala Blanca, Ciutadella, sits on 77,000 m² of walled countryside, and its name says everything about the life it offers. El Rafal Amagat means 'the hidden house'.

Eleven traditional tancas, each enclosed by dry stone walls, give you complete privacy and space for an orchard, horses or simply open fields to walk at sunset. Ciutadella's old town and the southern coves are only minutes away, yet from the house you see nothing but your own land.

The main house of 425 m² has been cared for with respect for its origins. On a hot August afternoon, the vaulted ground floor rooms stay naturally cool, a quiet reminder of why Menorcan builders shaped marès stone this way. Here you will find the sitting rooms, dining room and kitchen, plus a bedroom with its own bathroom, ideal for guests or for living on one level.

An elegant covered gallery leads to the upper floor, with a second living room, four bedrooms, one opening onto a private terrace, and two bathrooms.

Around the house, the original outbuildings tell the story of a working estate: an old bakery, a traditional cistern and a well that has never run dry, giving the garden and land a reliable water supply year-round.

El Rafal Amagat is for buyers who want history, privacy and authentic Menorcan architecture without giving up easy access to town and sea.
