The architect, Jørn Utzon, who designed the Opera house in Sydney, lived here in Mallorca for many years realising his master works with his daughter the world-famous ceramicist, Lin Utzon.

José Monserrat, the owner of this property, constructed for Jørn Utzen for a period of 7 years and became family.

They were proud to invite Jose, together with his own architect Joan Artés Pérez, Catalan, to create his own estate in the Utzon mood.

From every side, the house invites you to sit and enjoy the well-kept garden area near the house, stretching out over natural wild bush and forest land of 360º views into Mallorca.

The space within is bright and generous, and the use of the natural stone differently shaped window gives birth to magic illumination within.
