The property offers approximately 55 m² distributed over two floors, as well as a private terrace of approximately 35 m², fully equipped to enjoy Gran Canaria’s pleasant climate throughout the year. The complex also features a communal swimming pool.

Layout and features

Access to the property is directly through the spacious private terrace, one of the main highlights of the home. This outdoor area features a shower, sun loungers and several spaces where you can enjoy the sunshine and relax.

From the terrace, you enter the living and dining area: a modern, bright and functional space with air conditioning and direct access to the kitchen. The living room is furnished with a modern and comfortable chaise longue sofa, a low TV cabinet and a television.

The kitchen is integrated into the living area and is fully equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay, including a large refrigerator, oven, four-ring hob, microwave, dishwasher and ample storage space.

On the same floor, beneath the staircase and to the left, is one of the property’s two bathrooms. It is equipped with a shower and washing machine.

The staircase leads to the upper floor, where the second bathroom and both bedrooms are located. The second bathroom is equipped with a shower, vanity unit and toilet, as well as a window providing natural light and ventilation.

The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, floating bedside tables, a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a television. It also benefits from air conditioning and an opening roof window.

The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed and wardrobe, making it suitable for children, guests or as an additional bedroom.

Conditions

Rent: €1,350 per month. Internet is included, as well as water and electricity costs up to a combined maximum of €100 per month.

Proof of financial solvency is required, together with one month’s security deposit, the current month’s rent, and one month’s rent as an agency fee, plus the applicable 7% IGIC (Canary Islands General Indirect Tax).
