This newly renovated home may be a good option for a couple who wants to start a shared chapter, or for professionals relocating to La Palma who are looking for stability during their work assignment.

To live here, you need a car.
The home is in Lomo Machín, Barlovento, in an agricultural area and just 4 minutes by car from La Fajana’s natural pools. Because of its location, having a vehicle is necessary. If you rely on public transport, this home is probably not for you.

The feel of a country house with direct access to the garden.
The property was originally a single-family terraced country house and is now divided into two independent homes, each with its own entrances.

When you enter, you’ll find a hallway that distributes the rooms:
- To the right, the equipped kitchen with cooktop, refrigerator, oven, and washing machine. A second door connects directly to the garden.
- In front of the kitchen, an independent space suitable as a living room or sitting room.
- At the end of the hallway, the bathroom is on the left and the bedroom is on the right, facing the plot.

It has an electric water heater and is delivered unfurnished so you can create a home to your liking. If you need furniture, it can be discussed and assessed.

Your own patch of land.
You’ll have a garden in front of the property where you can grow flowers, aromatic plants, or vegetables, set up a small resting area, or install a solarium. What you plant and harvest will be yours.

In the other part of the house, with its own independent access, other tenants will live. Rules will be established to respect rest times and the assigned spaces. Even so, if the neighbors have children or animals, they may occasionally pass through some outdoor area. Coexistence must be based on respect and common sense.

Living in Lomo Machín:
- 4 minutes by car from La Fajana.
- 8 minutes from Barlovento.
- 11 minutes from San Andrés and Sauces, with supermarkets and services.
- Nearby one-room school, school in Barlovento, and institute in San Andrés and Sauces.

Here you won’t have all services within walking distance. In exchange, you can live more calmly, take care of your own garden, and come back every day to a home surrounded by nature.

Important information:
- Does it have fiber optics? No. Mobile coverage works well and the neighbors use mobile internet to work, watch television, or access platforms such as Netflix. If you need fiber, this home is not for you.
- Are pets allowed? Each case will be considered.
- Price: the rent is €700 per month and includes a covered garage parking space. If available, you can rent an extra storage room for €50 per month. Electricity, water, and rubbish are the tenant’s responsibility. IBI (property tax) is the property’s responsibility.

Rental conditions:
- Deposit: one month’s rent.
- Additional guarantees may be requested.
- Minimum household income: €2,100 per month. Solvency must be proven before the visit. No unjustified income will be accepted.
