This unit has its own entrance on one side and a rear exit. In the other home, other tenants will live, so we’re looking for respectful people who will respect living together and the property.

Layout and amenities.

When you enter, you’ll find an open-plan living area with the living-dining room in front and the kitchen on the right, equipped with a cooktop, oven, fridge, and washing machine.

Further on are the bedroom and the bathroom. It has an electric water heater and is delivered unfurnished, so you can decorate it to your taste. If you need furniture, it can be considered.

From inside, the staircase begins. After climbing a few steps, you reach the rear exit.

The staircase continues up to the rooftop terrace. On that level, there’s a small open area, with no door, and a window facing the roof covering, which can be used as a storage area, a ironing corner, or for another practical use.

The rooftop terrace offers 71 m2 of private terrace space to relax, enjoy the sun, set up plants, and take in the views over the banana groves, the ocean, and the Barlovento lighthouse.

It’s a rural, quiet area. You’ll need a car to live here comfortably. If you rely on public transport, this home isn’t for you.

No. Mobile coverage works well, and neighbors use mobile internet to work, watch TV, or access platforms like Netflix. If you need fiber, this home isn’t for you.

Are pets allowed?
