Single-storey house divided into two homes

This home has its own entrance on one side and a rear exit. Other tenants will live in the other home, so we are looking for people who are respectful of shared living and the property.

Layout and amenities

On entering, you will find an open-plan area with the living-dining room straight ahead and the kitchen on the right, equipped with a hob, oven, refrigerator and washing machine. Further on are the bedroom and bathroom. It has an electric water heater and some furniture in the kitchen, living room and bedroom.

71 m² rooftop terrace

The staircase begins inside the home. After climbing a few steps, you will find the rear exit.

The staircase continues up to the rooftop terrace. On this level there is a small open space, without a door and with a window overlooking the roof, which can be used for storage, as an ironing area or for another practical purpose.

The rooftop terrace offers 71 m² of private terrace space for relaxing, sunbathing, placing plants and enjoying views over the banana plantations, the ocean and the Barlovento lighthouse.

Each case will be considered depending on the animal and its behavior. Their owners must take care of the home and respect shared living.

How much does it cost?
€650 per month, including one covered parking space.

If available, you may rent an additional storage room for €50 per month. Electricity, water and rubbish collection are paid by the tenant. Property tax is paid by the owner.
