The complex is very quiet. Most residents are owners. There are no short-term or nightly rentals available. It has a swimming pool. There is a garage for two or three cars, but it is currently unavailable until it becomes available soon.

Proof of sufficient income is required, and the possibility of a guarantor who does not live in the house will be considered. Pets are not allowed. A one-month security deposit plus an additional one-month guarantee is required.
