Playa del Águila is located on the southern coast of Gran Canaria, between Bahía Feliz and San Agustín, about a 10-minute drive from Maspalomas. It is a quiet, resort-style area with a very pleasant coastal setting, and the beach is just a few steps from the property.

In some homes, the views are part of everyday life. From the windows of this 56 m² apartment, located on the third floor of a complex, you can gaze out at the blue sea, the gardens, and the communal pool.

The open-plan kitchen and living room share a welcoming, bright space. The wooden furniture adds warmth to the kitchen, while the granite countertop extends into a breakfast bar where you can sit and have breakfast or a drink. By the window, a small table lets you enjoy the views from indoors as well.

The property has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and wardrobe. The latter also has views of the pool and the sea. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine.

The apartment is rented furnished as shown in the photographs. The kitchen has a refrigerator, cooktop, and microwave, but no oven. The building, constructed around 1970, has an elevator. Its gardens and communal pool provide a pleasant space to enjoy the outdoors.

There is direct access to the beach from the pool area and the building entrance; the beach is just a few steps from the property.

The property is rented without a garage space, although parking is available in the area.

Available now until July 31, 2027. Rent: €900 per month, with water and electricity charged separately. One month’s rent is required as a security deposit, along with one month’s rent in agency fees. Pets are not allowed.
