This spacious and modern bungalow is located in Campo Internacional, Maspalomas, within a quiet and well-maintained residential complex. One of the property’s main highlights is its generous private outdoor space, featuring a large natural-grass garden and a pleasant covered terrace.

Its excellent location provides convenient access to the Maspalomas Dunes and Maspalomas Beach, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping centres, bars and restaurants. Easy parking is also available in the surrounding area.

Upon entering the property, you are welcomed by a spacious L-shaped private garden that practically surrounds the bungalow. The garden features a sunbathing area with loungers, an outdoor table and chairs, and plenty of open space to enjoy the outdoors. From the garden, there is access to a covered terrace equipped with an outdoor dining area.

The terrace leads directly into the living room, a spacious and bright area furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, storage furniture and a dining area. To one side is the fully furnished and equipped kitchen, featuring a refrigerator, hob and microwave. Next to the kitchen, a hallway provides access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and to the laundry area with washing machine.
