This unique home was originally an old Water Mill, now carefully rehabilitated as an independent house. It is located in the quiet and lovely neighborhood of Mundillo, on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Santa Lucía de Tirajana, and about a 40-minute drive from Vecindario.

The property, with a rustic and cozy style, sits on a plot of 316 m² and is distributed over three floors of 47 m² each, all of them open-plan. It also features a pleasant outdoor space—partly covered with artificial grass—ideal for leisure and relaxation, with a terrace, barbecue area, and flower beds with olive trees, cacti, and succulents.

The Casa-Molino, which was previously used for vacation rentals, is fully furnished and equipped, respecting traditional Canarian architecture while incorporating modern comforts.

On the upper floor is the bedroom, with a large double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m), a small sitting area, and a romantic full bathroom with an antique-style bathtub, as well as air conditioning. From this room, there is access to a beautiful Canarian balcony covered with artificial grass, from which spectacular views of the palm grove and the Barranco de las Tirajanas can be enjoyed.

On the ground floor, the living room and kitchen are integrated into the same space, with a sofa, dining table, and chairs. The beautiful suspended wooden staircase and the carefully curated rustic decor stand out, preserving the old mill equipment, including the original hopper and part of its machinery, restored in detail.

The lower level houses the wheel with spoons that moved with the falling water and turned the grinding stones. This space has been utilized to create a cozy sitting area with a sofa bed, table, and chairs.

Outside, next to the entrance, there is a terrace with cane furniture, and at a lower level, a built-in barbecue with a table and wooden benches, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

The “Molino de Cándido Rubio,” as this property is historically known, has great ethnographic value and is part of the Water Mills Route of the Barranco de Tirajana, which gives it notable historical and cultural interest.

The house does not have direct car access. It is possible to arrive to drop off groceries or passengers about 100 m away, and private parking is located about 300 m downhill. The walk from the parking area to the house takes about five minutes.

A well-cared-for and trained pet is allowed.
The home is ideal for one to two people who enjoy a quiet life in contact with nature, or as a second residence for weekend getaways.

There is internet connection in the area, although not fiber optic. Available for rent from May 5. Visits can be arranged beforehand.
