It also has a spacious full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a vanity sink, and a toilet. The bedroom has a double bed (1.40 x 1.90 m) and a cold/heat air-conditioning unit that heats or cools the entire home when needed.

The house was built in 2005, is attached to another home of the same style, and has two parking spaces right in front. Access is direct by car and via a paved street. There is a nearby bus stop, corresponding to Global 34, which connects the town of San Bartolomé de Tirajana with Vecindario.
